Oh my God, where do I even start? This was an absolutely amazing property to stay at—I was completely blown away from the moment I arrived. I’m genuinely sorry my stay was only five days; I wish it could have been fifty! The staff were incredible across the board, and the amenities were phenomenal. The location is simply unbelievable. Our cleaning lady Vera was outstanding—she took such pride in keeping every room spotless and welcoming. I’ve truly never experienced such warm, attentive service at any hotel before. The owner of Ripetta Rooms, Marco, is the most wonderful person. He clearly understands exactly what travelers are looking for and has created something truly special. There simply aren’t enough adjectives to describe how fantastic this stay was. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We spent some nice days at Ripetta Rooms. The room was a bit worn but nice and clean. Very good location and nice staff. Quite cheep compaired to other hotels in the area. Fresh water and snacks in the mini bar every day - for free :-)

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was definitely disappointing. As soon as we arrived, still tired from the trip, we were immediately required to pay the tourist tax, which I found unprofessional. The room, moreover, did not reflect at all the photos seen on Booking: definitely lower than expected, very small and little cared for from the walls. The most serious problem, however, was the humidity: to the point that I woke up with damp clothes, a decidedly unpleasant and unacceptable situation for such a structure. Even the comfort left a lot to be desired: extremely uncomfortable mattress and pillows, so much so that I woke up with a severe back pain, which had never happened to me before. The only positive note is the location, really excellent and convenient for visiting the area. However, this aspect alone is not enough to compensate for all the critical issues found.
