This hotel could not be better in practically anything. The location is excellent, less than a 20-minute walk from any important monument (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain...) and also very close to Termini station. This is not the most remarkable thing about the hotel. The room is excellent, spacious, the air conditioning works perfectly, the bed is impressively comfortable, and the cleaning service does an excellent job of leaving everything spotless. Without a doubt, what is worth highlighting is the kindness of the receptionists and waiters. They understand Spanish practically to perfection with excellent, very friendly service, and with a smile always on their faces, they have resolved any question for us instantly. I recommend booking the breakfast service to be served by good old Giacomo and his waiters. And you have to order their delicious themed cappuccinos, no matter what! Thank you very much!

Really enjoyed my stay here close to everything staff very friendly every morning the manager at breakfast would make a coffee with a different picture displayed which is a great touch really felt welcomed to be in rome thank you Tom and emily
