Upon arrival, water leak in the hallway, in the room a hole in the wall, water stains on the wall, door handle torn off, no response, soap in the shower, no closet or dresser available, the television does not have Italian channels, shower seal torn off, no shower head to wash properly, the curtain rod is about to fall down. The bed was very good, the air conditioning effective, but let's not be difficult.

We chose this hotel for the location, the only good and outstanding. The room had a strange smell that wouldn't leave the window open all day. The mattress was awful. I was sunk in the middle, you couldn't take up posture, I was completely shattered. It needs to be changed. In the shower there was no pressure, a few drops just dropped... to wash your hair impossible. Plus we only had hot water one day. The others were warm or cold. The cleanliness was not remarkable either. If this is all secondary, you can go spend a few days... unless I recommend other options.

Stayed at this hotel from 28/03 to 31/03 Clean, cozy and clean room. 1 evening arrived at the hotel air conditioner not working, after reporting the problem we had been brought a stove saying that the next morning they would fix the problem but it was not done!! 2 evening back at the hotel lacked hot water!! Very rude and rude evening staff.
