A truly terrible experience; first they tried to charge the tourist tax even for my three-year-old daughter, and we also had to pay €20 for late check-in even though the rates were not indicated anywhere. Dilapidated and, above all, very dirty property.

I made a reservation, and when I contacted the host, I was assured that I could cancel and receive a refund. However, later I was told that cancellation was not possible, and the person I spoke to was extremely rude. This experience wasted my time and caused significant inconvenience. It’s disappointing that a platform like allows such unprofessional hosts. Customer satisfaction clearly doesn’t matter to this business!

We booked our stay online, based on photographs from the site. We arrived And checking in was complicated, no one answered the intercom, the cleaning lady did not understand Italian, basically we waited about 40 minutes to get the room. The room is exaggeratedly old, battered, Big stains of mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets and towels of the makeup of the previous guest, the fridge was missing despite there being the cabinet but evidently empty, no TV. The extra bed (which we needed) lacked the pillow. For every evening of our stay until 22:30 / 23 managers mounted furniture and hammered walls in the room next to ours. Wi-Fi for a fee of three euros, the phone does not take either as a connection or as a telephone line in any environment of the structure. The elevator is actually a freight elevator and at least once a day we heard the alarm of someone stuck inside. We spent 140 € per night to stay in a situation on the edge of habitability. The positive note is the area which is really good. The staff nice and friendly but would not return for any reason to this guesthouse.
