We spent our last night in Italy at Seven Suites. It's in an apartment building in a residential neighborhood. It was a nice change from the tourist hot spots. The room was very quiet and comfortable - the room darkening shutters blocked out all light. The instructions for self-check in were very straightforward. The pastry and beverage in the bakery downstairs were good - it's a popular place for locals. Definitely walk over to the Nuovo Mercato di Testaccio (Testaccio Market) and enjoy the food and shopping.

We spent our last night in Rome at Seven Suites and it was a very comfortable, quiet stay. The rooms are located on the 4th floor of an apartment building. Since we arrived at night, we did self-check in. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room darkening shutters made sleeping in easy. The hotel is a short walk from the Testaccio Market - a wonderful place to visit!

Good B&B but can’t give 5 stars as our room was very noisy. We stayed for two nights in room 8 and every early morning there was a noise of dripping water in the corner right where the bed was. It woke me up on both occasions which was not good, as this is my time when I want to have a bit more of sleep. The hotel location might be not for everyone as it is not very central, but we prefer to stay in places where you can experience and enjoy the real taste of Italy and not the tourist oriented places. There are so many restaurants to chose from and the ones be visited were great! The prices are also more reasonable compared to the central Rome. The breakfast option is that you have to eat in nearby cafe with the voucher provided by the hotel. You can only get a pastry and a tea or coffee or juice, nothing else. So if someone is big on breakfast maybe this place is not for you. Also, if you want any towels or linen to be changed there is an extra charge which I found it to be odd: er paid for the hotel, but not for the service? The hotel is ok, if you are after real Rome.
