I return after 4 months, for health reasons, to this hotel located 5 minutes from the Gemelli Polyclinic. I confirm my positive impression. The hotel, owned by two refined siblings, a man and a lady, is undergoing renovation because it is a bit dated, apart from the 90s furnishings which are perfectly clean and tidy; the facility offers a decent breakfast, a small garden, and a welcoming lobby. The strong point of the hotel, however, lies in its ability to make you feel at home. Efficient, kind, and available staff beyond all limits, the Director is very present and the irreplaceable Francesca at the reception goes above and beyond to solve every problem. Highly recommended for those who need to go to Gemelli, but also for other reasons. Suitable for families, disabled individuals, and elderly people. 5 minutes to restaurants, pharmacies, and services, plus 7 minutes on foot to the polyclinic.

The Hotel has a very welcoming and kind staff. Breakfast is good and even with staff available for special requests. The house was fresh despite the heat. The size of the room is fine and the bathroom convenient.

Definitely a budget operation with an scary elevator, uncomfortable mattresses, showers so tiny it's impossible to turn around, awful breakfasts and nowhere comfortable on the property to sit down. In 2024 a taxi into the city was 30Euro although you can walk a fair distance and take a train.
