The staff are incredibly friendly - Emma on reception was a stand out, with some excellent customer service. Good breakfast with the right amount of food on offer, the way the seating is arranged encourages guests to talk to each other. The hotel offers excursions and even a pack-up breakfast for early check out. The downsides are the interior design - strange colour combinations abound. And despite having a large room, it felt empty as there was a lack of usable furniture or even art on the walls. Super for a short stay, but I’d struggle staying longer than a couple of days.

The hotel is fine, very clean and very spacious (we asked for suite), spacious bathroom just a detail, we could never turn on the shower light. The weather started leaking and in the night it was a technician (it didn’t take long about 15 minutes) but he didn’t fix it, he just put a towel inside and dried it; then after half an hour it leaked again, so we continued. The next day they fixed it but we had only one day left. Not very varied food, but it serves a lot of Yogurt, minced fruit and honey. Cheese and ham. Coffee only at breakfast, you can order, in the room there is. But it's not the same. It only has a 2-lift in service. Everything else is fine. VERY CLOSE TO TERMINI. THEREFORE IT IS FINE IN TERMS OF PRICE AND LOCATION. Everything else “is passable.”
