Sunrise Hotel

Worse hotel in all my 52 years I've came across. Don't honestly no where to start. Couldn't find the hotel, way out in the middle of nothing. Arrived late the check in nightmare. Room horrific, bed covers smelly dirty damp. Curtains all stained as were walls/carpets/ chairs. Found pills under table. Toilet tiles mouldy taps off the wall as we're electric sockets .. breakfast , what breakfast there was no food. could go on forever... checked in 10pm. Checked out 8am.. they had the check to charge the tax...

The hotel was advertised as 4* but it was not near 4* in anyway. Dusty carpets in the hotel. The room Decor was outdated but clean. Wouldn't stay again. Someone who wants to save money during their trip might consider it. Major part of my Holliday is luxury stay and hence not my cup of tea. I can sum it up as "not a happy place" to stay.

We picked this hotel as it was out of busy Rome & we needed a night to stay. The price does reflect the hotel & rooms tho but the rooms were big & clean (we got 2 adjoining rooms), nothing fancy but they were comfortable. The staff were lovely & friendly, especially Fredericka. When one of our daughters got quite sick while there she couldn't have helped more, even calling a Dr for us who came to the hotel then translating for us, just what you look for in reception staff.
