All wonderful. Location cared for to the smallest detail, beautiful apartment furnished with style, very clean and the pool na gem... all a stone's throw from the metro. Mr. Federico owner of the structure exquisite and welcoming person. I will definitely return and would highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed here 2 nights and had a great time! The estate is beautiful, we found ourselves immersed in nature. Outside there is a cow farm with small calves that brightened our days and that we pampered. The staff is very helpful and meets needs, the rooms are simple but cozy and clean. We'll be back!

We stayed with friends on this estate from 28 December 2024 to 2 January 2025, very satisfying experience, fascinating place for those who love nature, greenery, animals, simplicity. Also less than a kilometer from the estate we find the terminus of the subway that leads into the heart of Rome, so without a car you can experience the magic of the Eternal City and then re-enter the silence, tranquility, beauty of the estate. Simple but functional apartments, friendly, welcoming staff, available for every need.
