The Corner Townhouse

We stayed at this hotel and had a great time. Clean structure (both rooms and common areas) and rooms on the first floor are large enough and equipped with the expected services. Also the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast cannot be served at the hotel and it is best not to ask for it to be included. Just 2 minutes from the hotel there is an excellent bar/patisserie offering breakfast at normal costs. A great strength is definitely the location: the metro is really close (about 500 meters) and allows you to easily reach the main attractions of the city. The area is residential and very quiet. Positive experience, I recommend it to those looking for comfort, convenience and cleanliness.

We had such a lovely time at this beautiful hotel. In response to other poor reviews I would say that although it is a while since it was decorated, everywhere still looked lovely and the whole place was pristine and clean. It felt comfortable with faded genteel feeling. The staff were extremely accommodating and hospitable, very helpful with recommendations and warm and friendly. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable - we had no issues with it at all. The terrace is the jewel in the crown of this hotel, a beautiful little oasis with a great cocktail bar in the evening - I enjoyed an early evening aperitif and later a cocktail before I retired. There is noise from the road, but to me it is a part of the atmosphere of Rome. The hotel is really well situated for transport - the metro is just 4 minutes walk up the road, and there are bus stops right outside the hotel and also a tram line. Honestly we loved the area of San Saba - elegant and calm atmosphere full of art nouveau buildings, with a nice array of local cafes, restaurants and bars around. The hotel was everything we could have hoped for - I adored its feel of glamour and elegance without making me feel out of place or uncomfortable.

It would need some maintenance , many things do not work well , for example in our bathroom vacuum cleaner not working , everything is very lived in , the staff is very kind and very helpful ready to help you with everything , our very large room with comfortable bed , there are also some design choices not shareable , see glass cube used as a bathroom
