We had booked by booking.We were at the annex ,not in the street Urbana and the photos on the site do not correspond to this apartment .Far from the 35 m advertised ,no kitchen but by a steep staircase riquiqui corner with a sink ,2hob and microwave under the sink . It is almost unusable.We were disappointed by the service and too expensive ..

First time in Rome in qs. structure and will definitely return! Apartment clean, comfortable and very quiet at night, which is not so obvious in the center of Rome. Convenient location arriving from Termini station and very close to the historic center, with the major public transport lines at hand. A special thanks to Mr. Orizio always very kind and generous with useful advice! Bravo really, as said we will return...

We love this apartment - in fact there are couple of options depending on availability and we’ve stayed in all of them! The location is right in the heart of the Monti district, beside the Colosseum and the facilities are excellent, there’s always a great bedroom and lovely bathroom, though the kitchen size can vary.
