Valle

The Valle Hotel has a rather convenient location on Via Cavour, but my stay there was quite mixed. The positive points: The staff: This is the real strong point of the establishment. The team is charming, super kind, and really welcoming. You immediately feel well received. The negative points: The general condition and the bathroom: Unfortunately, the hotel is quite aging. In our room, the plumbing was leaking and there wasn't even a door to the shower stall. Needless to say, the bathroom quickly turned into a wading pool with each use. Breakfast: A big disappointment on that front. It is more than mediocre, to say the least, frankly not very good. The selection is limited and the quality is lacking. In summary, a hotel that serves its purpose thanks to the kindness of its staff, but that greatly needs a good technical renovation and a better breakfast buffet in the morning.

We stayed for one night. A simple hotel without pretensions. Room 307 had an uncomfortable and disappointing camping mattress. Poor breakfast, just a croissant and a cappuccino, that's it! All served right next to the reception.

Structure with some adequate things (room size, good mattress and pillows) others totally deficient (no air conditioning, no minibar, shower without doors, window frame that sometimes did not close and sometimes did not open, light of the low juor lamp) but with a management totally to be reviewed. Dear receptionist who upon my arrival in the morning immediately gave me a free room The night porter who allowed a schoolgirl to rage in the corridors of the rooms, running and screaming until 3 am, without him intervening to restore silence and allow the other customers the due (and paid) rest. Inadequate what, to my polite but firm protests of the following day, did not present me even a word of apology. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
