Villa Clementina

Fabulous stay at Villa Clementina this weekend for a wedding. Our stay was wonderful and very peaceful. The grounds are very serene and the staff was great. We had an issue with requesting an extra bed (be careful of using the word "cot" because it is referred to as a crib in Italy). But they quickly fixed the situation and went above and beyond to help us. Big shout out to Diana for all her help! The pool and restaurant are huge pluses! The quaint breakfast is a treat that was included with our stay and always included fresh cornetto's every day! Plus the aperitivo we had was delicious! The cheeses and bruschetta were AMAZING! A few pros and cons listed below- Cons 1) you definitely need a car to get into town. Taxi's stop running at 7pm and you cannot walk there. 2) Our room's electric needs to be updated. The blow dryer they provided us with would blow a fuse that would have to be reset so we would have to go to our families room to use it there. 3) You have to bring a converter to charge your phone. Pros! 1) Beautiful, clean grounds and rooms. 2) Food was delicious 3) Pool was great and peaceful. 4) Only a 5 min drive to town and the lake. 5) Tennis courts and soccer goals on property. 6) Private rooms. 7) Staff is amazing and so kind. 8) Parking on street (private cul de sac) 9) Opened the restaurant to serve us lunch on the day we arrived because we got there after it closed (so kind). 10) Great, personalized attention to all your needs. Always willing to help! 11) Amazing response time on all my (way too many emails). 12) Kid and dog friendly. Thank you to everyone at Villa Clementina for a beautiful weekend!

We stayed at this hotel for only one night and, unfortunately, it was more than enough. We had chosen the property based on the reviews, also paying a rather high price compared to what we then found. The room was dated, the double bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, which were also quite uncomfortable, and the soundproofing was practically non-existent. The result is that we slept very poorly. The breakfast didn't convince us either: it is entirely à la carte and you have to ask for everything. Furthermore, we had the misfortune of sharing it with a very noisy and disrespectful couple of guests, something not attributable to the hotel but which made the experience even less pleasant. The only positive notes were the courtesy of the staff and the pool. Overall, however, the price-quality ratio seemed decidedly inadequate to us. Personally, I would not return and I do not feel like recommending it.

Wonderful structure, the rooms frescoed by the owner with different themes for each room are very suggestive and full of art. The staff is very helpful as well as professional. The pool is fabulous, especially for the architecture and the two mosaics on the bottom. The spa with its different LED lights creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The food is excellent. The general furnishings are cared for in every detail thus creating a welcoming atmosphere almost at home. I recommend everyone to stay at Villa Clementina if they come to Bracciano.
