Villa Penelope

We had a lovely stay at Villa Penelope and would definitely recommend it! The location is probably the biggest highlight: a beautiful family-run villa right by the sea, with a lovely garden and a private sun deck with direct access to the water. Being able to go down for a swim away from the crowded beaches was amazing. Our room was simple but very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view and a little balcony, which we weren’t expecting and absolutely loved. Everything was very clean and, despite being close to the road, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Breakfast was simple but nice, with a very warm and homely atmosphere and great coffee. The service was also excellent: everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and even after check-out they gave us beach towels so we could enjoy the sea for a little longer. We paid around €183 for two people for one night, booking only the day before in peak summer season, and we felt it was very fair considering the location and experience. A charming, relaxed place with an amazing location — we would happily come back!

The property is located in a lovely position, immersed in a romantic atmosphere rich in charm, ideal for those who wish to relax and enjoy the beauty of the place. One of the aspects we appreciated the most was the breakfast served by the sea; starting the day with such a stunning view is a true privilege. The service was always kind, attentive, and friendly, contributing to making the stay even more enjoyable. The building retains the character and charm of historic structures; for this reason, it has some minor flaws related to the age of the construction, but these are details that do not compromise the overall experience and, in part, tell its story and authenticity. Overall, Villa Penelope is an excellent choice for a romantic vacation in a picturesque setting, where the scenery, hospitality, and special atmosphere leave a beautiful memory.

We stayed with the family from Thursday to Saturday that say Welcoming excellent restaurant excellent transparent sea always super clean beach lifeguard a great man and 'worker. Reception Stefano kind and super welcoming, Luca waiter all do, ask for one thing at any time the polite door is good at his job, always with a never nervous smile. The chef who tell a fairy tale, comes out with mouth-watering dishes every day different dish and when you leave you miss his kitchen. Sin the Bar that is 'near the sea closed for years, it would have been a delight of the holiday.
