Foro Appio Mansio Hotel

Very beautiful facility, very cool rooms, but we had ants in the room; the pool is very beautiful but very dirty, truly a great shame; they could take much better care of the open spaces. We never saw staff cleaning the pool.

I chose Foro Appio to host some guests at my wedding, trusting in the quality of the facility and the organization of the service. The rooms and the environments are pleasant, and the structure is valid overall. Unfortunately, however, the experience was hindered by a clear lack of organization. At the time of booking, breakfast was agreed upon and confirmed as included in my guests' stay. Despite this, on the morning scheduled for the service, my guests were informed that breakfast was not included in the reservation, effectively preventing its use. This misunderstanding caused significant discomfort to my guests and highlighted a deficiency in the management of reservations and internal communication between the various departments of the facility. I expected greater precision and coordination, especially when it comes to services that have already been agreed upon and confirmed. I must, however, acknowledge that once the incident was reported and a refund was requested for the unused service, the facility took action. A certainly commendable attitude, which, however, does not erase the discomfort caused by a problem that could have been avoided with better organization. It is a shame because the facility has potential, but episodes like this leave a negative impression and raise doubts about the reliability of the organization. I hope that more effective procedures are adopted to prevent other customers from finding themselves in the same situation.
