Hotel Tarconte

Terrible experience. I had booked on Booking, making a mistake with the date; instead of August 20, I wrote 26. I went to the hotel to see about room availability. We were exhausted; they confirmed availability but at a different price than Booking, increased by 30 euros. I cancel the reservation made with Booking and accept the room. There was no place to park the car, as stated on Booking. Clean room but many mosquitoes and a centipede on the wall. Sleepless night due to outdated and very noisy air conditioners. For the price paid, one could have opted for a more decent property. When reported to the reception, they treated us with coldness and indifference. Experience not to be repeated.

Terrible experience; they realized I needed to sleep at the hotel and raised the price. 2 nights for €300 without breakfast; they charged me €1.20 for coffee in the morning. Scandalous. Moreover, a large antenna for internet and mobile connections has been installed on the hotel; I can only imagine the radiation. Outdated rooms; the bathroom was leaking water from the toilet (stained tiles). If payment and antenna photos are needed, I have everything saved.

Clean and spacious rooms with sea view. Comfortable beds. The staff was extremely pleasant and flexible: we could bring our cat with us, for breakfast fresh croissants and great choice, with courteous service. The location of the hotel is convenient to reach the historic center of tarquinia on foot in a few minutes. Availability of parking space. It is the second time we come and we will return!
