Nightmarish stay. I wonder how such a dirty and badly maintained facility can still remain open. My husband and I booked, through Booking, a room for two nights from 19 to 22 August 2025. Only at check-in did we find out that we would have to change rooms every night and always on the ground floor. The first room (no. 101) greeted us with a stench of rancid water, shattered furniture, torn curtains, no mosquito nets, a tiny bathroom, with a broken toilet button, a dark and dirty shower, dirty and peeled tiles and plaster, noisy air conditioning in any mode, no top in either the bedroom or bathroom, and a terrace with a broken umbrella. This already seemed unacceptable but, given the lack of availability already verified at other facilities, we hoped for the room allocated to us the next day. Worse than ever: the room in question, the 104, in addition to having all the problems of the previous room, had no window but took light from a skylight placed to cover a concrete cube that perhaps wanted to be a terrace of 5 square meters accessible by a half-meter French door , broken mosquito net, no curtains, the microscopic bathroom did not have a bidet but a high toilet (the one for the disabled) with encrusted and dirty shower, the dilapidated shower, with a step and complete with mixer pipes on display outside the torn and dirty tiles. Grand finale: sheets full of animal hair and cockroach hidden under the suitcase. All at the sum of 138 euros per night without breakfast. To call all this shameful seems little to me, but I wonder: how come no review appears on booking? Why do you keep proposing misleading photos of the structure that is much different than what they show? Why not prevent this destruction which offends the dignity of guests and the work of other structures in the area which, even at the same price, offer impeccable services ?
