I turned to the adjacent hotel that handles check-ins, and after introducing myself to get clarification regarding problems that occurred during check-in, I found on the other side a person who, rather than wanting to help me, tried in every way to verbally attack me without finding common ground. I strongly advise against staying here, since this person in particular, placed there precisely to help customers solve problems regarding their workplace, attacked me and my friend with inappropriate words, and after we, as is normal, tried to make him understand that those were not the appropriate ways to address simple customers, he continued to expose himself to us in a violent manner even while we were leaving. All this simply because we had presented ourselves for clarifications that a customer has the right to request. To conclude, I think that at the base of a hotel or whatever it is, there must be the right employees to make customers feel at ease without belittling them and treating them like scum. For this and for my experiences in various hotels, I can say that at least this person who was “working” at that moment is not prepared or at least is not suitable for this type of work.

how disgusting, I totally advise not even approaching the entrance, lack of clarity in the information regarding the accommodation and little help in solving the problems created.

We stayed at the property for one night, we had a very good experience, the room was very spacious, and everything was perfectly tidy and clean. Located right in the center and easily accessible, the staff was very kind and always available! Excellent value for money.
