Astoria

It was my second stay at the Hotel Astoria. This time alone - the last time it was a family trip. The excellent impressions from the first time were more than confirmed. I had a small "household accident" in the room - I must clarify that the problem did not depend on the hotel's conditions, which are in perfect order - and I was promptly offered effective assistance. Thank you very much to all the staff.

Location was perfect for exploring Genoa. Near to public transport links. Rooms were very clean. More wardrobe space would have been nice. Also a desk for surface space as there was not a lot of room for tea coffee tray etc. The breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent.

This hotel is very beautiful, convenient to the historic center and the train station. The reception staff is very polite and helpful, and the breakfast is varied and very good. The thing I appreciated most was the bedroom; the mattress and the pillow are among the most comfortable I have ever tried. The bathroom was huge and very beautiful, excellent cleanliness everywhere; if I could have, I would have stayed for more days. Absolutely recommended for a quality stay.
