At the time of booking, it was not clearly highlighted that the room had a private bathroom, but outside the room itself. Okay, it may be our mistake, but it is not convenient anyway because it is not directly in front of the room but you have to walk a bit of a hallway to reach it. Apart from this, in the bathroom there was a persistent smell of sewage. In the room, a full-size bed, the air conditioner yes but without a remote control so you could not adjust the temperature or turn it off. Lastly, the B&B is located in the center in the alleys, but in an area with bad company... both from the point of view of safety and hygiene on the streets. The price is too high for the service provided.

My wife and I come every year from Australia and we have a great time. Excellent staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel is located in a very noisy and unsafe area with drugs and prostitution all around. I did not sleep the entire night because of the constant noise and insecurity outside. The room conditions were unacceptable: freezing cold water, filthy showers, and overall very poor hygiene standards. To make things even worse, when I complained about the ice-cold showers, the receptionist became aggressive and insulted me instead of helping. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. After reading other reviews, it is clear many guests had the exact same problems. I honestly regret staying here and would never return in my life. Avoid this place if you care about safety, cleanliness, or basic respect.
