Decidedly negative experience. The facility is in a state of evident decay, with damaged walls and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the unpleasant odor, especially in the hallways, makes the stay even less enjoyable. The bed was one of the worst aspects: even the slightest movement caused noise, making it practically impossible to rest or sleep peacefully at night. Considering the amount paid, the quality-price ratio is absolutely unacceptable. The price requested is completely disproportionate to what is actually offered. I absolutely do not recommend this facility. It is truly absurd that in 2026 such situations still exist. A real shame for hospitality in Italy.

Great location, close to both the old port (aquarium, Galata, city of children) and the train station. Gym, games room, kitchen (shared). Cute and well-kept common areas. Young and friendly staff. Often there is music (even live) and the chance to watch the games. Rooms clean although spartan. Very good breakfast. Secondary definitely but appreciated the aesthetics of the corridors that strikes a lot. Second time we stay, always with baby in tow and confirms a guarantee.

We read many negative reviews but we enjoyed it. It is true that the hotel shares the reception with a hostel and you are a bit puzzled, the room however was small but nicely decorated. The bathroom clean and with what you need. Quiet night. Given the price and location we will be back.
