A real shame, such a beautiful place but so badly run! Neglect unfortunately reigns: my napkin had a cigarette burn, badly placed tablecloths, glasses not cleaned well. The staff is friendly but it transpires that there is no passion in what they do (the waitress drags her feet while walking and this is just one of many examples, she is not the only one to show this attitude) The first one we took was good, the dessert failed instead! The price you pay is not worth the service you get (7 euros per person covered) I'll be back only when the management changes

Fantastic place for location. The management deserves an insufficiency... FULL. From the rooms, to the food, to the service. Everything is exaggeratedly expensive but if it were at least worth it one would gladly pay the money asked for. I was aware of what I would have spent, it's all visible but I didn't want to take the negative reviews into consideration. I recommend reading them carefully first,... and above all believing them. I won't add details because they are all already reported. Also during our stay there was a birthday party and loud music until 2am.... At check out I had the bill redone twice because they had charged me for services I hadn't used... the first bill was 90 euros more, the second time only 40... I will return maybe if they change management.
