I'm giving one star only because -10 doesn't exist, booked days before with confirmation email attached, the owner called me a few hours before departure telling me that the room wasn't usable...... to my reply that he had to find me a hotel because I had already paid for the trains and he replied that it was my business and it wasn't true that I had booked everything..... the thing that really made me ANGRY as well as messing up all my plans was the RUDENESS on the part of the staff ''if you can call it that''. DISGUSTING take any hotel/b&b over this one.

I give 1 star because 0 is not possible. Horrible place, rudeness of the managers who gave us a check-in time but in reality no one showed up at that time. They arrived an hour later, messing up all our plans, even replying that there are worse things in life. When we entered the room there was a stagnant cigarette smell. We slept like this for two nights. I couldn't wait to leave. In part of the room there was a TV which was playing at full volume, day and night NO STOP but we couldn't hear any movement of people. In my opinion it's a disgrace on the part of the owners. ABSOLUTELY DON'T GO.

This is not a hotel or apartment, just a block of rooms, we agreed a time to check in ,no one in sight, after many calls and being left on the street for 45 mins the owner turns up. He goes through the procedure then goes on about how great the ferries are, we were not interested , I cut his speil short explaining it was late and we were tired, asked about the air conditioning he handed me the remote control then flew out, turned the a/c on and all the electrics blew, chased after owner but he was gone, phoned him many times and he came out again to flick the fuse , no a/c but we had power. This is a poor setup , when you have a problem and there is no one on sight you are in trouble, I will always in future make sure I book accomadation with a reception desk.
