Ca' de Baran

The structure is located in the center and is very convenient for easily and quickly reaching the pier, the station, mini markets, clubs and shops. Clearly, the proximity to the station means that you often feel some vibrations (even at night) as the trains pass by, but nothing unbearable. Our room was clean, very welcoming and communicated with the external terrace with a French window. Lorenza and her son Alessio were kind and friendly in welcoming us and providing us with some useful suggestions to best visit all the 5 lands.

We had a lovely stay. Check-in was easy with the reception. Room was small but sufficient and clean. Could hear some noise outside and the train but did not bother us. Location was fantastic! Minutes from the train station and easy walk down to the water. Purchased an all-day ferry pass. It was the best way to see Cinque Terre and get beautiful pictures. Great value for our money!

We stayed at Ca de Baran for 2 nights in August 2019. When we arrived a couple hours before check in, the room was already available to us. We had a very clean and comfortable room. We we're very pleased with the location of Ca de Baran, as it is an easy 3 minute walk from the train station (Which was wonderful considering the amount of luggage we were carrying). The front deck was very nice to enjoy evening drinks and offered a nice view of the colourful streets of Manarola. In our opinion, the noise caused by the train station being so close was not an issue whatsoever. We will definitely be back to Ca de Baran on our next trip to Cinque Terre.
