Good morning, I would like to make this report regarding the manager of the hotel itself. My wife had a triple room booked from Tuesday, August 18 to Saturday, August 22, together with other friends. Unfortunately, our daughter's urgent hospitalization prevented her from leaving. We had asked, certainly not to avoid paying the share due for the booking itself, but if, given the situation created with our daughter, it was possible to have a voucher for one night in a double room, on a day of the facility's choosing. Twice the manager did not want to hear any type of request. I sincerely thank the manager for the sensitivity shown in a situation, unfortunately not yet resolved, of a family member's hospitalization.

A wonderful place that we recommend with our eyes closed! The Hotel Florida enjoys an absolutely exceptional location, facing the sea and the beach, with a unique view and environment. The hotel is impeccably clean, perfectly maintained, and you immediately feel the care put into every detail. But the real highlight is undoubtedly the welcome from the entire team: an adorable, attentive, professional staff with remarkable kindness. The service is on par with the establishment: warm, elegant, and impeccable. The breakfast is exceptional: generous, varied, made of high-quality products... a real pleasure every morning! And what can be said about the rooftop restaurant? An absolutely fantastic place, with a magnificent atmosphere, a friendly team, and perfect service. It is truly the icing on the cake! A hotel where everything comes together to spend an unforgettable Italian-style stay. A huge bravo to the entire Hotel Florida team for this magnificent experience. We will return with the greatest pleasure! ❤️
