Very intimate hotel with a breathtaking sea view. The management is truly welcoming and caring. The rooms are cozy and clean, even though they are not brand new. The only downside: the stairs!!!! Even though I understand that being in that location is unavoidable.

Exceptional all rooms have a balcony and a totally unobstructed view, at more than 200 degrees to the sea. Very well located by the road which from La Spezia leads to the Cinque Terre. Large parking lot. The hotel has a breakfast room with terrace overlooking the gulf. It deserves an outdoor refreshment, bathrooms and taps. Quiet rooms when foreign guests agree to speak softly. The reception and breakfast staff speak several languages including French. Very affable and good advice on local tourism.

Roadside hotel outside Riomaggiore, with free parking spaces; quiet and simple rooms, with shore views; very well equipped and recent bathroom, Welcoming and adapted advice; rich and good buffet breakfast: I recommend
