Hotel il Nido

For over 15 years in the summer it has now become a mandatory stop to recharge in this hotel that we are fond of for various reasons, the location on the sea, the hospitality of the staff, the super breakfast and the exceptional sea view rooms! Reserved car parking (essential) and then the village of Tellaro, poetry of Nature!

Second consecutive year at the Nido! I found the friendliness and professionalism of everyone again! Ms. Francesca is always available to satisfy all requests! The ever-present Mario is ready to joke and make you have fun! In general, all the staff at the reception, breakfast, beach bar, and the lifeguard were super friendly and professional! The pride and joy of this property is also the excellent cleanliness! Compliments to the cleaning staff as well!

This was our second stay at Il Nido, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The hotel is a true hidden gem in the Lerici area, nestled in a small, picturesque bay with its own private beach, sun loungers, beach bar, and convenient on-site parking. The hotel itself is charming and incredibly cozy, with an unbeatable location. While it is showing some signs of age and could benefit from a few minor repairs and updates, this did not take away from the overall experience. A lovely little town is within walking distance, offering several excellent restaurants and a relaxed local atmosphere. The local bus also stops right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without a car. What truly makes Il Nido stand out, however, is the exceptional service. Every member of the staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They always have time for a pleasant chat, making you feel more like a valued guest than just another visitor. The housekeeping team is especially thorough and takes great pride in their work. During our stay, one of our own wine glasses—purchased from a local winery and of great sentimental value—was accidentally broken by the housekeeping staff. While accidents happen, what impressed us most was how the hotel handled the situation. The management went above and beyond to order two replacement glasses from the winery and arrange for them to be shipped directly to our home in Denmark. That level of care and customer service is truly exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. If you're looking for a peaceful and authentic place to stay by the sea, with outstanding hospitality, Il Nido is a fantastic choice.
