We stayed for 2 nights. The room is spacious and clean the bathroom was also big and clean. The building is situated in a lovely neighborhood filled with restaurants, gelaterias and shops. It's also very close to the metro station la Spezia centrale you can get there by walking. The host was very lovely and she provided with us a lot of information. Would totally book again if we ever come back to visit cinque terre.

Appartment convenient only 60 steps from main street. Appartment could be cleaner mould in shower. aircon excellent. Balcony needs new furniture, not as it appears on bookings.com kitchen could do with a thorough clean. Beds clean linen clean. Plenty of spare blankets if required. Lovely area to visit, if you feel the heat better to come late September.

We spent 2 nights in BB but was very disappointed. The owners briefly gave us some info and had never seen them again during our stay. The set up is odd in the building and the room is small. The neon green color makes me very uncomfortable and the bed is too low. It is in a pedestrian zone so kids hang out there early in the morning and late at night. However, the location is very convenient, 5 min walk to train station to Cinque Terre, walk to shops and restaurants but still I will never return.
