Stayed for the second year at Ai Pozzi Village with three children, in the week from August 15 to 21, half board. Everything was excellent: entertainment attentive to the little ones but also to the adults (my husband participated in several sports tournaments), the reception staff, the bar staff, and the lifeguard were very kind. The quality of the food and service was also excellent: the maitre d' and the waiters are always available and kind, ready to satisfy our every request (the show during the Ferragosto dinner was nice). Even though it was packed, the pools were always clean and the common areas well-maintained. The apartment kitchen should be fixed; the cabinet doors were quite crooked and did not close well. Otherwise, the apartment was okay and the mattresses were comfortable. We will definitely return!

Beautiful tourist complex, with two beautiful pools, lounge chairs, umbrellas. Paid and free parking available. The buildings are well maintained, large modern rooms, excellent breakfast with hot dishes. Friendly and efficient welcome. The only problem, not specified on the complex's website, is that wearing a swim cap is mandatory, and that ruins the desire to enjoy the pool. Too bad!!

Vacation at Ai Pozzi Village in Loano, a resort that needs attention to some details, a refresh for the room (mattresses included), I would eliminate the evening buffet service which is very tacky, being a 4-star resort. For everything else, the staff is very kind from the reception, bar, all-around staff, restaurant, and entertainment, always remembering that the staff makes the difference. Anyway, a nice vacation, thank you.
