SUISSE BELLEVUE

The hotel is located in a hilly position "far" from the Monterosso seafront. Aesthetically nice, spacious "almost" modern rooms. Room moderately clean, although they could improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Good breakfast but it starts at 8:00 AM. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to reach the seafront, which has its pros and cons. The shuttle certainly allows you not to take your own car and thus avoid going crazy looking for parking (given that there isn't any) but it has not exactly convenient schedules. Recommendation: the shuttle should run at least in the morning every 30/40 minutes and not every hour. It is not possible to have breakfast at 8:00 AM and the shuttle is at 8:30 AM, if you then miss it (easy... given that it means having breakfast in about 15/20 minutes) the next one is at 9:30 AM. Furthermore, a line/order of arrival is not followed, the driver Maurizio washes his hands of it and does not give priority to those who arrived first or to particular situations. Outcome: disorganization.

Hotel in an excellent location, rooms with sea view and very clean, excellent shuttle service to the beach and back to the hotel every hour. Buffet breakfast has everything, and the staff is available and kind.

I can't rave enough about our stay for 6 nights. Our sea view room overlooked the entire Cinque Terra coast. Although out of town, the walk down was only 10-15 mins, and there is a very reliable shuttle service to and from town every hour. The rooms were spotless, the views incredible and breakfast plentiful and very fresh. A small bar menu is available for in house dining. Purchasing the CT card was only 3 euro if done at the hotel. Beach towels are provided. Plentiful parking on-site if you have a car. If there was only 1 improvement it would be a kettle in the room.
