I got a solo room, and the room was extremely dated. I thought the hotel in Florence was the worst, but wow, this blew out that one out of the water. No exhaust ventilation in the washroom...

Personnel is nice and helpful, good breakfast, new and fresh exterior and hall. But there was no hot water! And the only place to charge phone - is outlet in the bathroom. Everything in the room...
