Stayed for the second year just for a weekend. Rooms and bathroom quite small but well-maintained and clean. Reception staff very kind and helpful. Good breakfast, both sweet and savory. Very convenient location in the center of Rapallo but without being affected by the noise outside. Recommended for short stays

Very old hotel in all its parts. Basic breakfast and very small dining room. The toilet tray was leaking water in the bathroom, I reported the problem to reception the next morning and I was not shown the slightest regret for the inconvenience. The evening staff instead was very kind... In short, I'm very sorry but I would not recommend it

nightmarish stay: 31 July and 1 August 2025. Dilapidated structure with carpet full of stains, small room, dirty and infested by mosquitoes. Incompetence of the staff who are not even able to explain how to use the public parking with discounted rates!! Absolutely to avoid!
