Globo

I didn't understand why an apparently pleasant hotel had such low reviews, and I wanted to embark on this adventure. The photos don't need comment: missing baseboards, smelly air vents, moldy shower seals, empty minibar (in a junior suite), rechargeable lamps not charged/working, sheets never changed in 5 days... however, if that weren't enough, they took the reservation by phone forgetting the confirmation email, with subsequent revocation of what was said on the phone, namely that the nights were 5 and not 6, same for the parking... which in August is a real problem. Not to mention that, to my worthy surprise, I was told that Google reviews DO NOT count since the owner is the president of the Sanremo city tourism board... I leave any further inevitable consideration to you. 1 star ⭐️ is my opinion.

We had booked 1 room at the Coranti hotel 3 weeks before our arrival. On site, they tell us to wait because it is not time, the room is not ready at 3:30 PM. 4:00 PM they tell me we are going to put you in 1 of our other hotels with terraces.ok 4:40 PM still nothing I introduce myself no room available they give you 1 room in the hotel globo for the same price. Clean room but nothing to do with the photos on the site. Carpeted hallway very dirty for a 2-star hotel. No coffee machine in the room. No USB port to turn on the lighting on the nightstand and charge the phone. Parking a hassle to park for 5 vehicles To be avoided very dirty And does not respect its commitments I would like to be refunded

We booked a triple room. The suite was large, but the 3rd bed was just a cheap cot with a worn-out and flattened mattress. It was impossible for my 20-year-old daughter to sleep on it; we had to rig something up with the sofa because it was impossible to spend the night on that "bed."
