Very beautiful property located a few steps from the sea and the Sanremo Casino. Cozy, spacious rooms with modern and functional bathroom fixtures. Small, well-maintained pool, equipped and with a lifeguard. Excellent cuisine, very kind and helpful staff. Elegant, refined environment, but at the same time welcoming and familiar.

Perhaps three stars are few, but four are certainly too many!!! It feels like an old guesthouse from the 70s, but it lacks the warmth and friendliness that those had. Sad and cramped room: I booked and paid for a triple, but they gave me a double with an extra bed; we had problems not only moving around but also breathing. Bathroom with a floor so old it looks dirty. The prices are therefore absolutely not in line with the stay. I won't even comment on the parking. I only save the breakfast. It's a shame because the location and potential deserve better.

Stay of 4 days perfect. Perfect welcome and service. Everything is very clean. Friendly staff. Very nice room. Breakfast buffet excellent. Impeccable parking. Great location. Highly recommended.
