Our favourite hotel so far. Family run business and hosts so pleasant and welcoming. Lots of little touches made this stay so comfortable and relaxing despite busy tourist resort town. Gorgeous top deck with spa, saunas and views. Coffee machine in room, plenty of storage, excellent toiletries, everything clean and beautifully decorated. Loved water machine too. Could have stayed longer and can imagine it would be cosy in winter as well.

11 years after our last visit, this year we decided to spend a few days of vacation in Santa Margherita Ligure and we chose Hotel Minerva again, where we had a good time. 11 years later, we found this hotel even better than the last time. Here the motto is courtesy, attention to the customer, cleanliness, and comfort at a level above average. Clean rooms, linen changes beyond what is necessary, courteous and attentive staff, owners who make you feel at home. Definitely recommended. Another detail not to be underestimated is the covered garage, which in Liguria is a big deal.

I came to this hotel again and cannot help but leave a review. It was a wonderful stay. What kind of people work there. I want to go back. The breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are very clean, I definitely recommend it.
