Experience to forget, we stayed two nights at this property (luckily not more), as soon as we arrived in the room we found a stained sofa, the TV not working despite I tried several times to do the tuning, empty minibar and an external door with the broken lock that during the night slammed and made noise and all this is the least worse. Just put to bed looking up we found 3 insects on the ceiling then at that point I decided to go to the reception at 22:00 in the evening asking for explanations and I was told that it can happen and they were not able to offer me another room because the structure was full, also they advised me to use an insecticide for wasps where I sleep (crazy stuff) this makes me realize that it is not the first time it happens since they are so prepared. I was told to speak to the manager the next morning which I tried to do but he wasn't present so they offered us the next room which was similar so we refused as the next day we were leaving. During both nights the air conditioner turned on at half past one in the morning alone blowing us up but the icing on the cake comes the morning of departure when on my car I find a scratch on the door and obviously asking for explanation it was no one so that night the scratch appeared alone. They promised me a refund which happened partially from the Booking.com platform but not from them. Experience to forget I strongly advise against it, they ruined my holiday

Nice hotel, but out of town. Also, the taxi driver left us under the ramp and doing it yourself dragging the trolleys was challenging. Lovely castle seems to be in the Middle Ages. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the suite and had an amazing view. About 100 meters of road leading to the entrance can be difficult to cover if not very experienced driving or very large vehicles. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center. Highly recommended!
