Ippotur Medieval Resort

My daughter's birthday, perfect staff, perfect food, perfect location, what can I say, recommended.

Agriturismo surrounded by greenery, beautiful little house, air conditioning, clean, equipped with every comfort, free parking. Kindness and smiles from the staff. Wonderful pool, a place to recharge.

The place is very well located… we took the "vista mare" suite from August 5 to 12 (€2800)… it is really not worth this price. Apart from the air conditioning which is great and the fact of being the only ones in this part of the building. For the rest, we never managed to get the microwave to work, the door to the downstairs bedroom does not close, the lighting in this room is very bad, the downstairs bathroom is dilapidated, the shower is very narrow +/- 60 by 60cm, insufficient water flow, same for the sink, the toilet flush refills very very slowly 1/2 hour, upstairs the door to the small bedroom closes with great difficulty (you have to slam it), upstairs the door to the large bedroom… no door…, zero water flow in the bathroom, the lights are fine or not depending on the time of day, from 7:30 in the morning the kitchen hood starts up which is located under the downstairs bedroom, we had the impression that a car was idling next door, non-existent soundproofing between the different rooms, the pool is very beautiful… but shared with the inhabitants of the area (paid for them), so if we didn't put our bath towels out in the morning (which we hate doing) we had little chance of getting seats before 4 p.m.… I stopped a young lady one day at the reception to express my dissatisfaction, of course she couldn't do anything about it… I might be very critical, but for €2800…
