In general everything was correct, reservation, attention at the front desk, bar service at night, and breakfast. We were not comfortable due to the bad smell in the hotel in the room areas and specifically in the one where we slept.

My partner and I chose this hotel for the location and in particular for the private beach and the parking. We had a deluxe sea view room and on this point everything was perfect. Modern furnishings and design solutions sometimes not entirely ergonomic. In any case, nothing to say. The beach is also well managed with assigned umbrellas and lounge chairs. I did not give the maximum score for two reasons: 1) breakfast, considering that the hotel markets itself as 4-star, could be improved: there are no alternative milks to cow's milk (oat, rice, coconut...) for those who are intolerant, and the selection of fruit juices and yogurt is a bit limited. 2) during peak times the only waitress in the dining room is struggling and twice it happened to me that I went to the automatic coffee machine and found it out of cups and saucers. Last observation: we arrived at the hotel on a Thursday evening and therefore we did not use the beach service for obvious reasons. On the day of check-out we booked the beach for the day, charging us the relative cost. I understand that probably the places on the beach must be reserved as a priority for customers, but taking into account the category of the hotel and that we stayed in a room for over €300 per night, it would have been a nice gesture not to charge the relative cost. In any case, I reiterate that it is an excellent hotel.

Brilliantly quirky to the point of madness! The beach area is attractive if you ignore the commercial port to the right. We found this to be quite interesting watching the ships. The pool area is small and at busy times can be crowded. The quality of food in the restaurants is good. Due to its location there are other easy eating options within walking distance. My favourite piece of quirk has to be the rooms themselves. I’m unsure at times we were in a very disturbing film set. The blue lights in the room and in the shower added to this. If you have any spare time you could try and count the number of light switches. (I dropped off to sleep before totalling them) If you can get a room on the sea. These have a balcony and are much quieter than the roadside rooms. The standard of cleaning was amazing and our room was spotless. On our four week road trip this Hôtel certainly left an impression!
