Tirreno

Very convenient property, right on the beach. The strong points are the location and the family rooms, which are very beautiful, clean, modern, with personalized air conditioning and a balcony with a sea view, at least in ours. The cuisine is also excellent for half-board. However, we also encountered some shortcomings that should not exist in a 4-star hotel: The breakfast, poorly organized, is sufficient, nothing exciting or at the level of the category. The property has some parts that are truly in decay, the beach bathroom is unacceptable, and the lifeguards are quite absent. The reception is managed by very young girls who, in my opinion, are not prepared... when you enter the lobby, they don't even look up to say hello. In my opinion, more attentive management would suffice. In any case, except for the room and the kitchen, the experience is 3 stars.

I stayed at this hotel for lunch with my girlfriend on the occasion of the AVIS Municipal party in Spotorno. The property is located on the seafront of the Ligurian town. The conference room overlooks the private beach. Upon arrival we were brought a snack of pizza and focaccia. After the awards we were served an aperitif with panissa, pasta pancakes, cold cuts, cheese and prosecco. Then we sat down and had lunch in the beautiful room with sea view. All courses were very good and plentiful. I particularly enjoyed the seafood risotto. A beautiful hotel in Spotorno.

I state, we were not guests of the hotel but we were on the beach next door. The bar staff very helpful and courteous and great aperitifs, unfortunately we can not say the same thing about the restaurant staff. The very annoyed waiter, it seemed that whatever and request bothered him and zero tolerance level, I wonder how they can make use of staff so unrelated to the whole context. The menu presents many dishes and having tried almost everything I would say that in the kitchen they work very well.
