1 star - Terrible experience and unprofessional staff I came to pick up some clients sent by my company/consortium and the experience was disastrous right from the arrival. Finding the entrance is a challenge: a bar also appears on Google and the signage is non-existent. The entrance is hidden among unkempt vegetation, trees, and dirt everywhere. Bad first impression. At the reception, I found Mr. Giuseppe. I identified myself as a driver for the consortium and kindly asked to use the bathroom. The response was to leave the hotel and go to the bar. The bar, which I assume is part of the facility, is in terrible hygienic conditions: dirty, bathroom door that doesn't close, full of mosquitoes. I had to use it because I was in need. What Mr. Giuseppe doesn't know is that we are the ones who bring the customers who stay here. With this treatment, it is clear that I will report the incident to my agency so as not to bring any more customers to this facility and divert them toward more dignified, clean, and professional hotels. In other hotels, they not only let you use the bathroom, but they also offer you a coffee. Here they don't even know what basic manners are. I strongly advise against it.

Beautifully designed and beautifully fitted out, with a contemporary, very cool look throughout. The spa is a standout — privately booked so you’ve got the pool and steam room to yourselves. It was my birthday when we stayed and the team went all-in, even making a cake just for me. Couldn’t rate it higher.

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, surrounded by natural beauty that immediately puts you at ease. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—minimalist, modern, and thoughtfully integrated with nature. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Their warmth made the experience feel truly personal. Food was another highlight. The breakfast in particular stood out for its simplicity, freshness, and connection to local ingredients. Highly recommended.
