The room was dirty, with hair and hair both in the bedroom and in the bathroom. In addition, it was also noisy: the street opposite from 5am is busy and minimal soundproofing both outside and between the rooms. Finally, the pillows were super hard.
Moreover, unbeknownst to me, I was assigned a room for the disabled who did not have a bidet and whose mirror reached more or less to my chest: not very convenient for shaving in the morning.
I had booked for two nights, but after the first sleepless night I asked if it was possible to change rooms. Faced with the impossibility of handling this request, I decided to abandon the facility. No discount or refund was provided for the night I did not enjoy.
Definitely, I will never go back.
