Bergamo Planet

We arrived around 19:30 in the given adress we rang the bell and then we called ,somebody finally showed up after 20 min,in the meanwhile the neighbourhs came out and told us the bergamo planet is closed .When the guy arrived he told us Bergamo Planet is fully booked and they will move us to another place very close.He brought us in another building close by like 5min. by car and they gave us 2 appartements , they were really dirty they didnt even have toilet paper , in my parent´s there was not even light in the room and when we complained they guy was really rude to us.You can a look at pics , there laundry bags in the balcony, carbagge the oven was never cleaned and of course the bathroom as well.He told us we can have breakfast and eat from what is in the kitchen , in the fridge was an open carton of milk almost empty and expired some yoghurt and crackers very very poor.I would never go back there.

Firstly I will start with the good point, the man we met at the address was helpful and polite. But then we were told we were to stay in an apartment 250m away, more like 500m At 11.00 at night not a lot we could do about this. ( we had previously checked it was ok to arrive at this time due to our flight times) The apartment was tuck out from the main street and in a small court yard with no views. the Apartment was tired with one of the electrical sockets hanging out from the wall. There was no AC in the apartment and the only open-able window was in the bathroom. The apartment felt dark and dingy, and the " Breakfast" was some yogurts croissants UHT milk and some coffee left on the table. Inside the fridge was 3 previously opened cartons of UHT milk. But as previously said at 11.00 at night there was not a lot we could do about it. (wishing I had taken photos) We had planned on spending some time sightseeing in Bergamo the next day but got up and went and picked up our hire car ASAP in the morning. I do not like writing bad reviews but feel the need to tell people that I have stayed in better hostels and bunk-houses for much less.

This is not a hotel, just a collection of apartments in Bergamo. I arrived st the address nobody answered the doorbell, girl showed up 3 hours later. At this stage I had made alternative booking, they still charged me for the stay even after all of the problems.
