For me, and with my experience in tourism, it is more of a 3-star than a 4-star. But what I am going to criticize the most is the minibar with 4 bottles of water, which, since it is usually just water without any type of drink, is usually free, as had been the case in all the hotels we stayed at in Italy, but in this one, NO! The grumpy guy working the night shift—it was 5 in the morning—charged us for them, and my question is, where did they have the price list if it wasn't free? It will not be on my list to offer to any client because it is so average and because of... I don't know what to call the water situation, and for the record, if they advertise it, you pay for it, period, but of several hotels with the same system, only this one charged for it at checkout. As a famous person used to say, strange, strange, strange.

Very bad hotel, the first thing that we found when we arrived at this hotel was a lady complaining that expensive clothes and watches are missing from her room! The receptionist was heavily smelling alcohol and he looked under the influence of drugs! Not a safe place to sleep, avoid at any cost!

The hotel is practically located in front of the Bergamo station and a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian center of Bergamo. The rooms are modern and clean. Comfortable bed, minibar, and a large and convenient bathroom with a very functional shower. The staff is helpful and kind. The hotel has a bar next to it, very convenient, and is also located in close proximity to pizzerias and restaurants. Great location for visiting Bergamo.
