I want to start from the strong point which is the kindness of the staff, the welcome and all the staff we happened to meet breathed courtesy. Not a forced smile but genuine hospitality. Which in recent years is no longer so obvious. Really congratulations to everyone. Proceeding in order: PROPERTY: the property has a private parking available, parking is a little tight but we still found a good place. It’s a slightly dated building and from the outside it didn’t inspire us much, but inside it was better. Everywhere, in common areas, rooms, etc., cleanliness reigns. Everything is super clean. LOCATION: not downtown but close to shops and restaurants, we needed it for Leolandia and I must say it is close, it will be 15 minutes by car. ROOMS: The room unfortunately is the one that dropped the rating from 5 to 4, for one thing, despite being very clean, it smelled bad, like moisture. The suite was divided into three spaces plus the bathroom. Two rooms and a lobby. The very large but underused atrium, let’s say lost space. The right rooms right. Small beds without infamy or praise at the level of comfort. My daughter's room had a sofa bed, although the site said two single beds. In the children’s room it was a bit cold, we do not like to be too hot but we were on the limit, instead in the other spaces the temperature was perfect. In the bathroom there was a clean and functioning (single) Jacuzzi. Some defects, such as a broken tile, lowered the level of the room a little. But all in all discreet. BREAKFAST: in itself complete there was a bit of everything but without effect Wow, the juices were bad, everything else good. SPA the spa must be reserved privately, I recommend you do it already during the reservation phase because it is in high demand. Inside there is a good Turkish bath, a very mild sauna, cold steam shower with excellent aromatherapy, normal showers, relaxation room with water (only half a liter in two, a little ‘little) and a jug of juice, a little’ cold. Then there was a swimming pool with hydromassage, nice but the water was a bit ‘warm and lacked the “head rest”, difficult to relax in the bubbles without risking a cervical. Anyway all in all a nice experience. Everything super clean. The Spa is reserved for 2 hours privately. I have no idea of the costs because I purchased the package with the room, bathrobes, etc. QUALITY PRICE The price is not low, but I do not know the average of the area, so I can hardly assess. A family of four, room with Jacuzzi, breakfast, bathrobes, spa for two adults for two hours and parking at 290 euros. However, everything that had to be there was, they were correct and of their word. So no cheating. All in all I recommend it for parents who also want to relax on a Leolandia themed weekend. Having booked the spa from 09 to 11 they postponed the check out for free by an hour, until noon. As said very kind, I recommend it.

The stay was not to our liking, 3 days without changing the bed sheets, structure below the 4 stars provided, uncomfortable mattress, polite service staff, except that once we arrived home we were accused of having stolen 2 duvets and 2 towels, with the threat of complaint, horrible accusation as everything was never put in the room upon our arrival, about what happened and the lack of respect in accusing everything I would NOT RETURN, DISAPPOINTED.
