I stayed here with my girlfriend for three days, with dinner included, and we had a really great time. All the staff were always kind, friendly, and attentive. A special thanks to the maître d' Emanuele, always very helpful and ready to accommodate our every need, making us feel truly pampered during our stay. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely return. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for eight nights. We felt at home, with a welcoming and professional environment. The staff, despite being very young, was very well-prepared.

We have to agree with the many reviews that unfortunately we did not consult before booking, trusting what should be the standards of a 4-star hotel in the mountains with a high-end price. We stayed for a week in this hotel, changing 3 different rooms. The property is beautiful and in a central location for the town of Bormio. The rooms are lacking in some details regarding the maintenance of the bathroom fixtures and window frames, for example; negligible details, but in our opinion important for this type of property. The staff in general was kind. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously marred by the dining service, both due to the quality of the food and the lack of professionalism of the maître d'. The food was inedible on several occasions: we saw the entire dining room complaining about the cooking of the meals and other tables leaving the room due to the long wait for a dessert. The dining room staff was not coordinated and we did not have support in managing the meals for our little girls, whom we were trying to keep quiet so as not to disturb the rest of the guests. I agree in maintaining that the maître d's manner with the guests was absolutely questionable. Following our report to the manager, we were granted a symbolic discount, but unfortunately, we notice that the comments from various guests are not taken seriously by the establishment. We will not recommend the hotel, or at least not with the half-board package.
