Dismal and poor atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby, the impression of a poorly maintained and dirty hotel. We had a superior double room booked, and they assigned us a shabby triple, with cleanliness that left much to be desired and a smell of ethnic food throughout the property. In the pool, there were 15 Black men entering in their underwear, competing in swimming, besieging the pool, and shouting and singing in their language with very loud music. Absolutely a hotel that will never see us again! Terrible, to say the least.

AWFUL breakfast with leftovers even though it was served at an appropriate time (8:15). The dining staff was definitely rude and discourteous. Poorly frequented hotel. Polite receptionist. Rooms suitable for a 3-star rating. Fortunately, I only spent one night there, but I would never return.

I start by saying that I do not know the real price so I can not say anything about this because I booked here with a voucher. Neither near nor far from the center, in front of the hospital so for me a little sad area. Free outdoor parking but small but if you could not find space you could park inside without paying anything extra. The best thing about the stay was the gentleman at the reception, professional, nice .. gentle .. really does the job for which he is certainly brought. From the outside the hotel looks nice..even from the inside.. quite anonymous but not bad But the rooms (at least our quadruple) was not exceptionally clean .. on the phone there was a finger of dust. The furnishings ugly and old .. the bathroom with beautiful tiles but nothing much . the bidet almost came off the wall and you had little room for your legs . I did not like the air conditioning for heating. I had to lower considerably and then definitely where the air came from was not spotless .. when I woke up headache and dryness. Breakfast average .. without praise or infamy. Let's say it should improve a lot
