Aer Hotel Malpensa

Struttura valida da utilizzare quando si va o si proviene dall'aeroporto di Malpensa. Utile il servizio navetta che viene a prelevare o a lasciare il cliente presso i due terminal. Useful hotel to use when going to or coming from Malpensa airport. The shuttle service that comes to pick up or drop off the customer at the two terminals is useful.

As soon as the shuttle arrived at the airport, we got yelled at by the Italian driver unhappy with the size of our luggage (packaged bikes) despite having made the message during our call to book the shuttle. The fact that English is not spoken at all by shuttle drivers and imperfectly by administrative agents has caused "disputes". Also, during our rendezvous the next day with the shuttle again to take us nicely to the airport which was scheduled at 10:00 was reminded us 15 mimutes before (which I understand) then they called us in the room 5 minutes before to tell us to hurry. Moreover the owner (or manager) who spends his days there too and comes from Milano was quite charming and welcoming.

That's bad! Night porter very rude already on the phone and at check in we lost the two VISAs that were inside the passports!! Very old hotel, very small bathroom. ADVICE, NEVER AGAIN!!!
