A pleasant hotel. The reception was bright and airy. The check speedy. The room was large with plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable with crisp white bedding. The bathroom was small but very clean with a good shoulder. Tv Wi-Fi and a fridge. The breakfast was buffet and adaquate

Dear administration, please deal with the situation. I booked a hotel on the Bucking site. From January 4 to January 5, 2020 we had to drive to your hotel. Money was withdrawn from my account. When I arrived (it was Sunday) there was nobody at the reception. There was no instruction about entry and keys! The administration was not in place. No one answered calls or messages! As a result, another hotel was quickly booked. Please return the money!

The location was great and the food and friendliness came as bonuses. Martin was friendly, very helpful and accommodating, and even brought vegan croissants for us. It's located in a building with a great history. A Metro station is out the door, and there are many restaurants nearby. It was a very pleasant surprise on a last minute booking--we will stay there again when we return to Milan.
