Hotel Bristol

Worst experience ever. We booked for two of our company technicians, who had to stay during a training course. The rooms turned out to be extremely dirty, with the presence of mold, unclean linen and cold water. In addition, towels were absent and, upon request at reception, it was communicated that they would only be provided at an additional cost. A decidedly inadequate service, especially considering the high price required. Absolutely not recommended.

I am writing to provide feedback on my one-night stay on October 22, 2025. On the positive side, for travelers seeking a budget-friendly option with convenient access to the bus station, this hotel is recommendable. However, I encountered some issues that I would like to bring to your attention. The male receptionist was unwelcoming, sarcastic and doesn't know how to greet the guest. Additionally, I was asked to pay in cash despite having already paid by card for the reservation, and I did not receive a confirmation it's alarming! The room was also strange , with the sink located outside the bathroom, which I found unusual and wifi has a time limit. We're planning to extend our stay for a few days but we feel uncomfortable staying in this hotel.

We were canceled the room and could not stay!!! CAREFUL!!!! Don't trust me!!!!! And Booking couldn't do anything because the hotel cancelled it without justification. Look for another place, don't be left lying around like we did.
