I took my daughters aged 11 and 13 to the pool one more time today 11/08/2025 but like last time in June we found the water murky from nn be able to see the bottom and very very dirty! I warned but nothing was done indeed in the afternoon it was much worse!! last time (June) the lifeguard practically non-existent, as today, had given me a good excuse saying that a different chlorine had been put on than usual. We wore the headphones like most customers but at some point from the afternoon people came in without! ..... at this point I do not understand if then it is mandatory or not!! but it should be for hygiene!!! People who came in and out by the pool wearing shoes!! For lunch I was served a salad on a paper plate ! The amount was less than an envelope with 2 number tomatoes and a piece of tuna. I asked for vinegar, I was told, even in a bad way, that they had no vinegar whatsoever! price salad 12 € We will never return, reluctantly because it was very convenient and close to us! monica c.

Took a suite for about 4 hours, ice-cold whirlpool water, they said they had no hot water, but are you kidding? Which death would I have taken the suite for otherwise? They wanted all 100 of the money anyway without doing anything to get an apology, plus not even an apology. In addition, and thank goodness we were already running away, was going up the reception to tell us that the hotel closed since there was no one, w you I think!!!!!

Birthday party . Bad organization and very poor service. We found ourselves without hot water and without the possibility of being able to take a shower. Very poor food. very nice location but unfortunately the organization ruins everything.
